Meet Dr. Lisa Lopes, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Welcome to my page! My name is Lisa Lopes, DNP, and I'm a nurse practitioner who has practiced in medical aesthetics since 2020. I began my nursing career in 2016 and went back to school for my master's before completing my doctorate that same year I entered aesthetics.
Alongside my clinical work, mentoring fellow nurses has become just as much a part of who I am. For the past several years, I've worked one-on-one with nurses who want to build their own successful practices, offering clinical directorship opportunities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
That experience is exactly why I founded LLA Advisory Group. I saw how many Medical Directors and MSO owners were left to figure out compliance on their own, often learning what was missing only after it became a problem. I wanted to build something that gives them the structure and support I wish more people had access to when they were starting out.
It brings me real joy to help others succeed in this industry, the same way I've had the chance to grow in it myself.

Where My Experience Comes From
My background spans both hands-on clinical practice and the business side of running a compliant medical spa. As a nurse practitioner, I've spent years navigating the same regulatory requirements our clients face, from board standards to day-to-day operational compliance.
Through mentoring nurses and offering clinical directorship across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I've seen firsthand what separates a practice that's set up to last from one that's constantly catching up to regulations. That's the perspective I bring to every client relationship at LLA Advisory Group, whether we're building an MSO structure from scratch or maintaining compliance systems for a practice that's already grown.
My goal has always been the same, whether I'm mentoring one nurse or supporting an entire MSO: give people the tools and guidance to operate with confidence.
